Mackenzie grew up in South Texas and was raised in the ranching lifestyle. Her family has a ranch in Dinero, Texas where her Dad has raised deer and cattle. Throughout her life she has gone to the ranch to hunt, fish, and help her dad care for the animals. Her fondest memories are at their ranch where she spent most of her time with family, friends, and their dogs.
Mackenzie has been around horses her entire life and has shown them throughout Jr. High and High School doing most of the Western competitive activities such as Western pleasure, horsemanship, and trail. Mackenzie developed a love and appreciation for horses and knew she wanted to explore the industry further which is why she chose to go to Texas A&M.
Mackenzie graduated from Texas A&M in 2019 with a Bachelor’s in Animal Science and a certificate in Equine Science. After graduating, she worked at an equine boarding facility in College Station and then found her way to Boerne to work at an equine rehab and fitness facility.
Throughout her time working in Boerne, Mackenzie found a huge appreciation for the Hill Country. She loves everything about it and knew she wanted to help people find that same appreciation and discover what the Hill Country has to offer. She pursued her real estate license and is thrilled to help people find their new homes and properties. Her background gives her the advantage to help people find the perfect ranch to raise their animals on or the perfect home to settle in.
Mackenzie loves meeting new people and chatting about anything horse related. She had her Equine Massage Certification and in her free time you can catch her massaging horses. Mackenzie also loves spending time with her family, being outdoors, traveling, photography, and hanging out with her horse.
Legacy Broker Group is grateful to have Mackenzie on the team and her enthusiasm and knowledge of the ranch life is a great asset to all her clients!
