The Brazos Valley is home to Texas A&M and is considered one of the most bucolic and scenic Texas places to live and work, precisely why Shanna Brown chose to call College Station home in 2009 when she moved to Schiller Ranch. Since its inception, she has been instrumental in the planning and development of Schiller Ranch and helped start and manage their now world-renowned Quarter Horse breeding program. She has also overseen the development and day-to-day operations of the recreational side of the ranch along with their wildlife management program.
Growing up in Matagorda and Brazoria County hunting, fishing and rodeoing, she developed a love for the great outdoors. Her connections are expansive to include the Gulf Coast areas, all of Central and South Texas and the beautiful Texas Hill Country where she is able to draw from her vast database of sellers and buyers.
Whether it be a farm, ranch, horse property, recreational tract, investment ground or rural residence, Shanna is passionate about connecting people to the land. Growing up on a ranch since her inception gave her a solid wealth of knowledge and experience that would be hard to gain in any other way.
To Shanna, real estate is about quality, not quantity. She has a passion to provide each client individualized attention and a commitment to always putting her client’s needs first.
When she is not out viewing properties with her clients, Shanna is spending time with her daughter Zoey and her fiancé, John, usually partaking in some outdoor adventure most likely on the back of a horse from checking cattle, riding the high-fence line, cattle sorting or running barrels. She is an avid animal lover which shows by her collection of fur babies and horses. She also enjoys a little quail and dove hunting and occasionally boating on Canyon Lake in her off time.
