An avid, lifelong hunter and angler...and thanks to her dad and her grandpa, Kathleen Blanks has honed her fishing and hunting skills all over Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Kansas. These experiences and this heritage has deepened her appreciation for land and the life outdoors and inspired her to study Wildlife Biology at Texas Tech University. Following graduation, Kathleen married the man of her dreams and started her real estate business focusing on farm and ranch properties. Within a year of this she packed up her family and moved to east Texas where they now reside with their 3 horses and 5 dogs. In addition to her real estate business, Kathleen and her husband (who has trained calf roping horses under his grandad Punk Carter since he was 14) , run a small business training bird dogs for hunt tests, and waterfowl hunting. Kathleen fills her time pursuing her passions: waterfowl hunting, bow hunting, fishing, riding horses, training dogs and of course selling farms and ranches. But most of all, she is passionate about helping her clients take the first exciting steps to securing and stewarding their own land legacies. Being there as her clients experience fulfilled dreams keeps Kathleen motivated and working tirelessly as an advocate for her clients.
