A proud West Texas native, Tabitha Madry brings a rich background in business administration, education, and executive management to the Texas Hill Country real estate market. Prior to becoming a licensed REALTOR®, Tabitha served as a Nursing Home Administrator, spent a decade as an elementary educator, and managed financials as Comptroller for her family’s business, Madry Motorplex. Today, she focuses on her real estate practice with The Upham Group at Legacy Broker Group, and comptroller of her husband Brad’s business, B&T Custom Homes. This firsthand perspective in home construction gives her clients a distinct advantage when evaluating lakefront properties and custom builds.

For over 25 years, the Highland Lakes area has been the backdrop for the Madry family’s most cherished traditions. Having owned vacation homes and built custom residences along the Llano arm of Lake LBJ, Tabitha doesn’t just know the local waters—she lives the lake lifestyle. Now a full-time resident, she brings unmatched local knowledge, personal passion, and a genuine love for the community to every transaction. When she isn’t helping clients navigate buyers, sellers, and lakefront property investments, you’ll find her making new memories on the water with her husband, children, and six adored grandchildren
