A fourth-generation Texas hill country rancher, Richmond Frasier’s roots date back to 1885 in Burnet county. As Legacy Broker Group’s Partner and Broker, and a Marble Falls native, he deeply understands the bond between land and legacy.

Richmond’s spirited approach, problem-solving knack, and entrepreneurial insight guide clients seamlessly in their land acquisition journey. 

Licensed since 2006, Richmond co-founded Legacy Broker Group with his wife, Traci, in 2016 and serves a the designated broker for the company.

Mark Bukowski

Mark’s deep respect and knowledge of the ranching world stems from an extensive background and experience of owning/operating ranches in both Texas and Colorado. These experience have equipped him with hands-on insights into land management and valuation.

Mark’s expertise in the complexities of water and mineral rights, and past experience managing multi-million dollar projects for his family’s century-old construction business, as well as countless successful real estate transactions have equipped him with an eye for detail, a respect for solid business relationships, and an unwavering commitment to guide his clients through complex real estate deals. 

Additionally, through his involvement and leadership roles on numerous boards (such as having once served as the vice president of the Working Ranch Cowboy Association), Mark has created an extensive and vast network of ranch owners, managers and cowboy’s throughout Texas and the west.

Licensed in both Colorado and Texas, Mark is a leading authority on water rights and land acquisition in both states, offering unparalleled advice on diverse property types with unmatched customer service.

KRISTA UPHAM

Krista is a native to the Texas Hill Country and grew up in a ranching family. After attending Texas A&M University, Krista launched her real estate career in Houston, Texas in the Commercial Real Estate sector.

In 2000, Krista and her family moved back to the heart of the Hill Country where she has represented many landowners, investors and families in significant transactions. 

With a diverse background, Krista offers expertise and creative marketing ideas to accomplish the goals of her real estate clients. She specializes in commercial, development, ranch and residential transactions with a proven top producer track record in all areas.

Krista has been married to Chad Upham for 22 years. Chad is a real estate and oil and gas attorney who practices in Boerne. They have 2 daughters who are active in showing horses, showing livestock and spending time with family. Krista enjoys showing horses, playing golf with her husband, and spending time outside.

Shayla Schrepfer, a native Texan, was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She attended Baylor University as a member of the 3x National Championship Winning, Acrobatics and Tumbling Team. It is through her time as a student athlete where she learned time management and how to be a true team player. After four years, she received her bachelor’s degree in Journalism, and a minor in Nutrition Sciences.

Shayla is eager to bring her passion for social media to the real estate industry in order to help reach clients through marketing.

Aside from her love of marketing, Shayla passions include: health and fitness, spending time with her family and growing in her faith in God.
