About Shanna Brown
Growing up on a small horse ranch in Matagorda/Brazoria County, Shanna literally grew up on the back of a horse since she was 2 years old. When she wasn’t competing in rodeos, roping or riding cutting horses, her father was teaching her a deep and lifelong appreciation for hunting, fishing, and land management.
She made Brazos Valley her home in 2009, drawn to the area's stunning natural beauty and Texas A&M University, where she played a pivotal role in the development of a large ranch property from the ground up, including overseeing the construction of multliple homes, equestrian facilities and the establishment of their Quarter Horse breeding program, which became renowned worldwide. Additionally, she oversaw the management of the ranch's recreational activities and wildlife management program. It was then where her true passion arose combining two things she loves, ranches and real estate.
Between her wealth of ranch experience and being a part of a multi-million-dollar horse industry, it has opened doors to the best access to the type of clients the farm and ranch real estate industry is looking for. She also has a great understanding of what the necessities are for running different types of ranches whether it be a leisure ranch, large equestrian facility or working ranch.
