About Richmond Frasier
I'm a fourth-generation Texas Hill Country rancher with roots in the Double Horn community of Burnet County that trace back to 1885. As Partner and Broker at Legacy Broker Group, I understand the connection between land and legacy because I've lived it. Licensed in Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, and Oklahoma, I bring energy, problem-solving instincts, and entrepreneurial insight to every client relationship — empowering people to forge their own unique paths to land ownership.
From land selection and pricing recommendations to negotiations and closing logistics, I relish my role in guiding clients along their legacy-building journeys. I've held my real estate license since 2006. In 2016, my wife Traci and I established what became Legacy Broker Group. Together with our partners, we're building a cohesive network of expert, service-oriented professionals across Texas — with plans to create the same professional communities in Colorado, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
